Making Pastel

After bought some vegetables and spices, so this is the time for making Pastel Cake. Pastel Cake are my and Bf favourit cake.

Pastel is a very popular cake at Indonesia. This cake so delicious . I love the vegetables taste such as carrot, potatoes, and celery with a little bit of sugar, salt, and black pepper.

It’s very easy to make the dough.  Just mix flour, tapioca flour, water, salt, butter and 2 eggs. And the dough are ready for use.

Roll out and cut the Patel dough with  2 mm thickness and  8-10 cm diameters. And place the vegetables filling in the middle.

And Pastel ready to be fried. Yuhuuuu…………..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Btw, I also made small Pastel Cake with vegetarian abon fillinf. Mmmm…Hope my BF like it!!!
